The alternative to B&Bs and hotel mini breaks

Smart Home Stays offers a novel twist on the classic B&B or hotel mini break. We do this by making available fabulous privately owned holiday homes to trusted individuals. This trust enables home owners to give access to their treasured homes, in the same way as they might do to family and close friends.

The formula has a very defined set of conditions:

• Home owners free up just one spare room only, so the maximum occupation is two adults - no pets, no groups, no parties, just a professional couple wishing to escape the city for a short break, and stay somewhere other than a B&B or hotel.
  
  
• The vetted couple are compelled (by feedback) to leave the property as they found it - clean and tidy! In this way cleaning and laundry costs are kept to a minimum, reducing the main direct overhead of renting, a saving passed through to guests.
  
  
• In addition, we provide great value and flexibility for guests, since they can rent on a per night basis, without a long minimum stay duration typical of traditional self-catering.
